Project Name: OPP GHQ Canine Kennel Winterization
Project Location: 777 Memorial Avenue Orillia , ON L3V 7V3
Question Deadline: Thursday, January 11th @ 5 PM
Closing Date: Tuesday, February 2nd @ 2 PM
Project Description: Work covered under this contract is to improve winter operations at the Canine Kennels, work includes but not limited to the following:
1. Concrete paving around the external kennel runs.
2. Heat trace cables to prevent the outside drains from freezing.
3. Snow melting cables saw-cut into the existing floor slab of the indoor/outdoor kennels and walkway outside of the kennel.
Bid Requirements:
1. Subcontractors must comply with Bradanick Construction Services Inc.'s Health & Safety protocols.
2. Subcontractors must obtain Approval to Mobilize letter if they are the successful bidder.
3. Subcontractors are responsible to ascertain they have read all documentation and included for all addenda
in their tender.
4. Subcontractors to review all tender forms and include all separate, alternate, itemized and unit pricing
required at the time of closing
