Project Name: HRC B21 Temporary Heating System
Project Location: 700 Memorial Avenue Orillia, ON L3V 6H9
Closing Date: Tuesday, November 3rd @ 2 PM
Project Description: Demolish existing ductwork and non-load bearing, non-fire rated walls for the new ductwork to pass through . Provide two (2) new rooftop units mounted on housekeeping pads at grade level. New AHU's have been pre-ordered by owner. Provide new power wiring and conduit, gas feed, ductwork and supports for rooftop units. Provide new 600V circuit breaker, conduit and wiring from B20 switchgear to B21 and new 600V panel. Provide new ductwork from rooftop units to feed basement, first and second floors. Provide new wall openings for air transfer.
Bid Requirements:
1. Subcontractors must comply with Bradanick Construction Services Inc.'s Health & Safety protocols.
2. Subcontractors must obtain Approval to Mobilize letter if they are the successful bidder.
3. Subcontractors are responsible to ascertain they have read all documentation and included for all addenda
in their tender.
4. Subcontractors to review all tender forms and include all separate, alternate, itemized and unit pricing
required at the time of closing
