Question Deadline:           Wednesday, April 7th, @ 5 PM

Closing Date:                    Tuesday, April 13th  @ 2 PM

Substantial Completion:  July 30th, 2021 

Project Description:  The scope includes r/t of existing exhaust louvers, floor/wall panels - installation of new insulation, floor/wall materials and louvres.  Also includes is a deep clean of all remaining surfaces including all accessible ductwork beyond the louvres. The project will follow all established lead abatement recommended protocols and OPP GHQ Lead Management SOP for related maintenance/construction activities followed by post-abatement/cleaning test and assessment report to be produced by the environmental consultant engaged by the Owner.

Bid Requirements:

1. Subcontractors must comply with Bradanick Construction Services Inc.'s Health & Safety protocols.
2.  Subcontractors must obtain Approval to Mobilize letter if they are the successful bidder.
3.  Subcontractors are responsible to ascertain they have read all documentation and included for all addenda
     in their tender.
4.  Subcontractors to review all tender forms and include all separate, alternate, itemized and unit pricing 
     required at the time of closing
