Project Description:  The scope includes r/t of existing exhaust louvers, floor/wall panels - installation of new insulation, floor/wall materials and louvres.  Also includes is a deep clean of all remaining surfaces including all accessible ductwork beyond the louvres. The project will follow all established lead abatement recommended protocols and OPP GHQ Lead Management SOP for related maintenance/construction activities followed by post-abatement/cleaning test and assessment report to be produced by the environmental consultant engaged by the Owner.
